• Shipping Methods and Options: We offer standard shipping throughout Australia. Currently, we do not provide international shipping.

• Shipping Costs: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders within Australia. However, please note that certain oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

• Tracking and Order Status: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our designated courier service provider's website.

• Shipping Restrictions: We ship to most addresses within Australia; however, there may be certain remote or restricted areas where delivery is not available. If you reside in such an area, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or process a refund.
